Small Bay at Bloubergstrand, Cape Town. I spent quite a lot of time around here when I lived in Cape Town as a teenager. Paddleskiing (or waveskiing, as it was also called) was all the rage then and I dutifully paddled and skiied (and occasionally waved) around Small Bay and Big Bay, which is separated from Small Bay by a small island reachable from the shore at low tide. It was a lot of fun, although in truth I was never much good at it.
